Past Events & Parties
On October 21st, a nice selection of pumpkins was brought to the center from River View Veggie for individuals to see or purchase if they wished. Everyone enjoyed being able to see the pumpkins with all of the different shapes and colors they came in. It was nice of them to bring a trailer over since our annual trip to their location was cancelled due to weather.
We were able to take a trip to Apple Creek Orchard on October 23rd! They had some fun activities, yummy apple crisp for a snack, and individuals were able to pick some apples to take home.There were lots of smiles and wonderful memories made at the orchard, especially with the wagon ride and their apple sling shot! We cannot wait to go back next year!
Halloween is something everyone looks forward to at the RCAC. It is always fun to see what costumes everyone has. We enjoyed a special meal, activities, games, prizes, and treats!
On Feb. 13th, we celebrated Valentine's Day. We drew a King and Queen, participated in fun activities, and had some special treats!
On February 6th, we had our Super Bowl Party! We wore our new DAC jerseys that won the most votes from our contest. We had a special Subway boxed lunch that everyone enjoyed!
We celebrated St. Patrick's Day with special treats and drinks!
We had an Easter party where individuals were able to hunt for eggs. If they found a golden egg, they received a special prize!
